Ashmore Park Nursery School is a provider of specialist Early Years training and support.  Through our ongoing programme of CPD we continue to inspire and develop thinking in areas such as;

• early mark-making

• mathematical graphics

• digital media and ICT

• creativity and critical thinking

• enquiry based learning.  

 

We provide specialist courses for Teaching Assistants as well as Foundation Stage Coordinators, and Teachers.  Everyone is welcomed. 

 

Each course helps you; 

• develop knowledge on subject specific areas

• reflect on your own practice

• explore case studies of real practice

• leave with increased understanding and ideas for practice

 

We continue to offer bespoke consultancy and school to school support to raise standards of teaching and outcomes for children. For those wishing to improve practice with teams, we have also created termly opportunities to visit the nursery and shadow experienced members of the school team as they work with children.

 

New to this year, is a series of linked practical twilights on developing teaching knowledge in graphics, malleable materials, light and colour.
